Handed over to buyers as fully furnished, functioning and ready-to-move-in bungalows, each Palmore home is provided with a trained live-in full time caretaker who is always connected to our facilities management team to ensure the home is running perfectly. Post sale, the same team makes pre-scheduled checks of your home so that fixtures, furniture, landscape, utilities, pool and filtration are in prime condition through the years.
We also offer facilities maintenance packages, which can be crafted in consultation with us to meet specific requirements.
